She commenced her career with Ernst & Young and has a long commendable career with audit, taxation, operational accounting, treasury management, transfer pricing, mergers cum acquisitions, special audits cum investigations; held positions as Group CFO and Head of Finance. Expanding her financial roles, she was promoted as GROUP CHAIRMAN OF EZY CORPORATION where she oversees the Group and takes on business roles in business development and management.

Emerging markets specialist with over 23 years of experience in distribution brings a vast knowledge on business execution in high growth markets. He has been responsible in setting up offices for EZY globally. His thorough understanding of channel management, supply chain and emerging market dynamics has enabled EZY towards a multi-fold growth across its regions. In addition, he has been responsible in venturing into new markets and opening new offices with a sustainable business model which is geared to address the growth. A Post graduate in Business Management and has held Senior positions with a couple of large multinational distribution organisations before joining EZY.

A qualified cost accountant (A.I.C.W.A) and GOLD MEDALIST (Bharadhidasan University, India) with an overall experience of 29 Years and a dedicated 20 years in the field of IT. Having worked with one of the Fortune 500 US listed company for 7 years being proficient in marginal costing, segmented reporting and SIX SIGMA techniques. A wide exposure in operational accounting, tax, multinational accounting, taxation, transfer pricing and other accounting and finance related functions in addition to GREEN BELT in SIX SIGMA.
